These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of evensongco.com and any services we provide. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from Evensong Co. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory shortages. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount within 5 business days.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and approved third-party gateways. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

4. Shipping and risk

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual property

The Evensong Co. name, the Bronze Mark, our product photography, copy, and the Luke 12:38 brand framing are owned by Evensong Co. and protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. User submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or message, you grant Evensong Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the store and our marketing. You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe on the rights of others.

7. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, to introduce viruses or malicious code, or to scrape or copy content for resale. Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Disclaimers

The site and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except for those required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evensong Co.’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tipton County, Tennessee.
