Shipping Policy

This page explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong on the carrier side.

Where we ship

Evensong Co. ships within the United States only — all 50 states, plus DC, Puerto Rico, and US military addresses (APO/FPO). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Cost

$5 flat shipping. Free on orders of $50 or more.

Delivery window

Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5 to 12 business days, in two stages:

  • Fulfillment lead time: 2 to 5 business days. Apparel is print-on-demand through Printify; cards and EDC ship from our US warehouse partners.
  • Carrier transit: 3 to 7 business days via USPS Ground.

"Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Carriers

USPS Ground on every order. Tracking included. Tracking number arrives by email when the package leaves the warehouse.

Tracking

Two emails on the carrier side:

  1. Shipping confirmation — sent when the package leaves the warehouse, with the tracking number.
  2. Tracking update — sent only if the tracking details change after the first email.

Order status is also visible on your account page.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses you provided. If you notice an error within 1 hour of placing the order, email hello@evensongco.com with your order number and we will try to update it before the warehouse pulls the order. Once the order has been pulled, the address is locked.

Delays

Carrier delays happen — weather, holiday volume, regional outages. If tracking has not updated in more than 7 business days, email us and we will file an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Customs and duties

Not applicable — we ship US-only.
