Refund & Return Policy

If something isn’t right, we make it right. This page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Evensong Co.

1. The 30-day window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible. After 30 days we cannot accept returns.

2. How to start a return

Email hunterparson777@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within one business day with a return label and instructions. There is no restocking fee.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Bank processing may add 3–10 additional days for the refund to appear in your account. We refund the full purchase price, including any taxes paid. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

4. Exchanges

If you want a different size, color, or product, the fastest path is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. This keeps inventory accurate and avoids a delay.

5. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice. Return shipping is on us for these cases.

6. Final-sale items

Items marked “final sale” on the product page (deeply discounted clearance, custom orders) cannot be returned. The product page will state this clearly. If a product page does not mention final sale, the standard 30-day return policy applies.

7. Gift returns

Gifts may be returned for store credit equal to the purchase price, issued to the recipient’s email. The original purchaser will not be notified.

8. International returns

The 30-day window still applies. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges. We recommend a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

9. Lost or stolen packages

Once a package shows delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first, then email us. We will work with you on next steps but cannot guarantee replacement for confirmed-delivered packages.
