Evensong Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects the privacy of every visitor to evensongco.com. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. By using our site, you agree to the practices described below.

2. How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, respond to support requests, send order updates, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and — only with your consent — to send periodic email updates about new releases. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (hosting, checkout, payments), our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), Klaviyo (email marketing, only if you opt in), Judge.me (reviews, only when you submit one), and Meta and TikTok (advertising, in aggregated form). Each is bound by contractual confidentiality.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies for cart functionality, analytics, and (with consent) advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store will not function correctly without them. We honor “Do Not Track” signals where technically feasible.

We retain order data for seven years for accounting and tax compliance. Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
